What We Do
We are available to help you understand challenges and triumphs in your life while strengthening your capacity to make changes. We are confident that people do best by working out their own decisions and see therapy as a process to support this.
We are glad to have the opportunity to provide access to one time counselling sessions, on-going counselling session, office-based, and/or online virtual options.
Individual therapy is a process through which people work one-to-one with a trained counsellor to:
Explore feelings, beliefs, and behaviours
Work through challenging life experiences or transitions
Identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change
Better understand themselves in relation to others
Set personal goals
Work toward desired change
It is up to you to decide what you would like to discuss during your time with your counsellor, we believe that you are the expert in your life and that you know what would be most important to address.
