This two-day workshop will introduce participants to the spirit, processes, and microskills of Motivational Interviewing. Participants will discuss theories of change and learn to practically apply MI to support people to navigate uncertainty and ambivalence. This dynamic workshop will be rich with dialogue, practice exercises, and fun! Morning coffee, healthy lunch, and refreshing afternoon snacks will be provided.
